We aim to dispatch your order on the same day if ordered before 12pm, although this cannot be guaranteed.

All of our delivery times are estimates. Weekends and national holidays are not included in our estimates. Please be aware, couriers are far busier than pre-pandemic times. So please do not be alarmed if your parcel is a day or two late.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

You need to have proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
